THE CRAFT
Sculpted from Metal, Shaped by Hand
India has worked metal into objects of beauty for centuries, and that skill lives on in today’s wall art. Each piece begins as a flat sheet of iron, brass or copper. The design is cut out with precision, edges are refined, layers are shaped and joined, and the surface is finished by hand.
The magic of metal art is depth. Raised layers and open cut-work throw soft shadows onto the wall, so a single piece looks different in morning light, evening light and under a spotlight.
Designs are cut from metal sheets with accurate tooling so that even fine lines, lettering and lace-like patterns stay crisp. The sheet thickness is chosen to suit the size of the piece, keeping large artworks rigid and flat on the wall.
Many of our designs use two or more layers set at different depths. Leaves, petals and feathers can be gently shaped by hand so they lift off the surface, creating real three-dimensional relief and dramatic shadow play.
Edges are smoothed so pieces are safe to handle, joints are checked, and finishes such as antique, patina, powder-coat or polish are applied by hand. Every piece is then inspected before it is packed for export.

Iron holds its shape well at large sizes, which makes it the go-to metal for big wall installations and multi-panel designs. It is usually powder-coated (matte black, white, gold and more) or given an antique or rustic finish, and protected against rust for indoor use.
Brass
A warm golden glow with a timeless, luxurious character.
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc prized for its rich gold tone. It can be polished to a bright shine, brushed for a soft satin look, or antiqued so the details stand out. Brass suits premium décor, spiritual pieces and accents that need to feel special.
Copper
