Products & Materials
What we make, which materials we use and how our pieces are crafted.
We specialise in three handcrafted collections: Metal Wall Art (iron, brass and copper), Agate Stone Crafts (coasters, slices, bowls, bookends and décor) and Wooden Crafts (carved panels, boxes, trays, mirrors and gifts). Metal wall art and agate are our main focus.
Yes. Every piece is made by skilled artisans using traditional techniques — cutting, shaping, carving, polishing and finishing by hand. Tools help with precision, but the craft and finishing are done by people, which is why each piece has its own character.
We work with iron for strong, large-format pieces, brass for a warm golden glow and copper for rich reddish tones. Mixed-metal designs combining brass and copper are also possible.
We work with natural banded agate. Some agate on the market is colour-enhanced; if you have a specific requirement for natural colours only, or for particular shades, mention it in your enquiry and we will confirm what is available for your order.
Common choices are sheesham (Indian rosewood) for fine carving, mango wood for attractive grain and value, and acacia for durable, food-safe serving ware. We suggest the right wood for each product.
Yes. Email us with your market and the products you are interested in, and we will share a catalogue or design selection suited to your needs.

Custom Designs
Your own designs, sizes, finishes, logos and private label.
Yes. Send a sketch, photo, drawing or reference image along with the size and finish you want. We will check feasibility, suggest the best material and technique, and share drawings or a sample for your approval before production.
In most cases, yes. Many designs can be scaled up or down and produced in different finishes or powder-coat colours. Very small sizes may need simplified detail, which we will advise on.
Yes. Logos and lettering can be cut into metal art, engraved on wood, or printed on tags, boxes and inserts. Send your logo in a high-quality vector or image file.
Yes. We can pack products under your brand with your labels, tags, barcodes and box designs. Artwork is approved by you before production.
Yes. Designs you share with us for your own range are used only for your orders. If you need a formal agreement, let us know when you enquire.
03 — ORDERING
Ordering & MOQ
How to order, minimum quantities, timelines and repeat orders.
There is no single fixed MOQ — it depends on the product, its size, material and finish. Simple stock pieces can start at smaller quantities, while custom designs and large pieces need a slightly larger run. Share the items you are interested in and we will confirm the exact MOQ for each one in your quotation.
Yes. You can combine metal wall art, agate stone pieces and wooden décor in a single order. The MOQ is checked per product or design, and we help you plan the mix so it works for both production and shipping.
Send us your requirements on WhatsApp or email — product, size, finish and quantity. We reply with a quotation, MOQ and timeline. Once you approve the quote and any sample, production begins.
Lead time depends on the products, quantity and level of customisation. We share a realistic timeline with your quotation and keep you updated with photos during production.
Yes. Many buyers re-order the same designs season after season. We keep your specifications on record so repeat orders stay consistent in size, finish and packing.
Yes, samples can be arranged for most products so you can check the quality and finish before placing a bulk order. Sample cost and courier charges are confirmed with the quote.
04 — PRICING
Pricing & Payment
Quotations, wholesale pricing, currency and payment terms.
Prices depend on material, size, design complexity, finish, quantity and packing requirements. Larger quantities generally bring better unit prices. You receive a clear itemised quotation for your exact requirement.
Yes. We work primarily with trade buyers, so our quotations are prepared on a wholesale basis. Volume pricing improves as order sizes grow.
We can quote in Indian Rupees for domestic buyers and in commonly used international currencies such as US Dollars for export orders. Mention your preferred currency when you enquire.
Payment terms — such as the advance amount and when the balance is due — are agreed for each order and stated clearly in the proforma invoice before production begins. International payments are typically made by bank transfer.
Sample charges depend on the product and whether it is a standard or custom design, plus courier cost to your country. We confirm sample costs upfront before making anything.
05 — QUALITY
Quality & Samples
Samples, approvals, quality checks and natural variation.
Yes, and we recommend it. You can approve a physical sample or detailed photos and measurements. The approved piece becomes the reference standard for your whole order.
We check materials before production, review work in progress, and inspect finished pieces against the approved sample for size, finish, edges, joints and appearance before packing. See our Quality & Craftsmanship page for full details.
Our pieces are handmade, and agate and wood are natural materials, so small variations in colour, banding, grain and tool marks are normal — and part of their appeal. Defects such as cracks, chips or sharp edges are not accepted.
Yes. We can share progress photos during production and photos of finished, packed goods before dispatch on request.
Yes. If you work with an inspection agency, let us know in advance and we will coordinate a suitable time before packing and dispatch.
06 — SHIPPING
Packing & Shipping
Export packing, shipping methods, documents and delivery.
We work with buyers internationally and also supply within India. Share your destination country and city, and we will confirm the best shipping route and terms for your order.
Both. Sea freight is usually most economical for larger orders, while air freight suits samples, urgent replenishment and smaller high-value consignments. We help you choose based on budget and timeline.
Each material gets suitable protection: metal art against scratches and bending, agate against chipping, and wood against knocks and moisture. Pieces are cushioned, corners protected and packed in sturdy, clearly labelled cartons.
We prepare standard export paperwork such as commercial invoice and packing list, and can arrange additional documents like a certificate of origin on request. Tell us any specific requirements for your country.
Common terms such as FOB or CIF can be discussed. The agreed term, and what it includes, is stated clearly in your quotation and proforma invoice.
Please photograph the cartons and pieces on arrival and inform us as soon as possible. We will review the issue with you and agree on a fair resolution, and use the feedback to improve packing on future shipments.
07 — CARE
Care & Maintenance
Keeping metal, agate and wood looking beautiful for years.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. Avoid water, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, which can damage coatings and patina finishes.
Our standard pieces are finished for indoor use. If you need pieces for covered outdoor or humid areas, tell us in advance so we can suggest suitable metals and protective finishes.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry well. Avoid dropping agate on hard surfaces and keep it away from harsh cleaning chemicals. For coasters, wipe spills promptly.
Dust with a dry cloth, keep away from direct heat, prolonged strong sunlight and damp areas. Serving ware can be wiped with a damp cloth and occasionally refreshed with food-safe oil.
