ABOUT THE CR GROUP
Bringing India's Living Crafts to the World
The CR Group is a Mumbai-based handicraft exporter connecting skilled Indian artisans with retailers, hotels, interior designers and décor buyers around the world. We focus on what India does best — metal wall art, agate stone crafts and carved wood.
OUR STORY
From Indian Workshops to the World's Interiors
India has one of the richest handicraft traditions in the world — but for many overseas buyers, finding the right makers, getting consistent quality and shipping safely can be hard. The CR Group was created to bridge that gap.
From our base in Mumbai, we work with skilled artisan workshops across India to develop, produce and export handcrafted décor. We focus on three materials we know deeply: metal, agate stone and hardwood.
We act as a single point of contact for buyers who want authentic Indian craft without managing dozens of suppliers. That means helping you choose designs, developing samples, coordinating production with the right workshops, checking quality, and arranging export packing and documentation. Whether you need a few statement pieces or a recurring bulk range for your stores, we manage the details so you can focus on selling.
MEET OUR FOUNDER
Caroline Sheetal Rajeesh
Founder, The CR Group
Every piece that leaves our workshop carries a little of India with it — the patience of the artisan, the richness of natural materials and centuries of craft tradition. Our dream at The CR Group is to take this Indian beauty to homes, hotels and stores across the world.
We believe genuine Indian handicrafts should reach the world at a reasonable price, not through long chains of middlemen. That is why we work factory-direct: importers buy straight from our own production, getting real, handmade Indian products with quality checked at every step.
When you work with us, you work directly with the people who make your products — and who stand behind every piece we ship.

WHAT DRIVES US
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To make authentic Indian handicrafts easy to buy for retailers, hotels and designers worldwide — with reliable quality, honest communication and careful export handling — while creating steady work for the artisans who make them.
Our Vision
To become a trusted name for Indian metal art, agate and woodcraft in international décor markets — known for pieces that carry the character of hand-making and the consistency professional buyers depend on.
THE CR GROUP ADVANTAGE
Why Buyers Choose Us
Focused Expertise
Three materials, known in depth — not a catalogue of everything.
By concentrating on metal wall art, agate stone and wooden décor, we understand the materials, finishes, limits and best uses of each. That helps us give you practical advice on designs, sizes and finishes that will look right and travel well.
Design & Customisation
Your size, finish, colour or artwork — made to order.
Send us a sketch, reference photo, logo or mood board. We will suggest the right material and technique, share drawings or samples for approval, and only then move into production — so the finished pieces match what you had in mind.
Quality Checks
Pieces checked against the approved sample before packing.
We check dimensions, finish, edges, joints and overall appearance, and set aside pieces that do not meet the agreed standard. For natural materials like agate and wood, we also help you understand acceptable natural variation so expectations are clear from the start.
Export-Ready Packing
Protective packing designed for long-distance shipping.
Metal, stone and wood each need different protection. We use cushioning, corner protection and sturdy cartons suited to the product, and can follow your labelling, barcode or retail-ready packaging requirements on request.
Export Support
Documentation and shipping coordinated from Mumbai.
As a registered business in Mumbai — one of India’s main export hubs — we prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and other required documents, and coordinate with freight partners for sea or air shipment. Shipping terms and timelines are confirmed in your quotation.
Clear Communication
One contact, regular updates, honest timelines.
You deal with one team from enquiry to delivery. We share progress updates and photos during production and flag any issue early, so there are no surprises when your shipment arrives.
